Our OxiSelect UV-Induced DNA Damage ELISA Kit measures the formation of cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPD) in DNA isolated from cells or tissues. The sample or standard are then probed with an anti-CPD antibody, followed by an HRP conjugated secondary antibody.
